I am a consulting civil engineer since 1990, with quite experience in the preparation of building plans, Supervision of construction works for residential and multi – Storied Buildings Besides, I am having. Full – fledged office with necessary infrastructure for the Civil Construction works and Panel Valuer for financial institution and license to issue stability certificate approved by Madurai collectorate, Competent person of Inspector of Factories Tamilnadu government and Registered Valuer of Income Tax & Wealth Tax.
About Us
I am C.APPASWAMY [Dob: 16.02.1971] and Educational Qualification: B.E.,B.L.,F.I.V.,M.I.S.T.E.Specialization:Valuation & Stability Certificate.Experience in the Field:14 Years. I involved myself in preparing Plans, Estimating, Layout Plans, Structural Designs and Valuation of various types of Immovable Property like all types of Buildings. Now, I am currently working as a Chartered Civil Engineer and Registered Govt. Valuer.
Our Experiences
Kumari consultancy (P) Ltd have been in practice since 1990, and as we look back at all the structures that we have designed / built, we see a common thread that connects all of them - the use of volume, light, material, attention to detail and the design of all services. The rest, that includes form, varied with the clients brief.
Almost as a rule, our spaces are free-floorings, interiors are naturally lit and ventilated, volumes vary with the usage of space, and materials form the decoration. We have always been climate-sensitive, and although we have never applied for a green certificate, we have been green all along.
